Cancellation & refund policy
Standard Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Tour Date:
Guests can cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
Cancellations Made 6 to 3 Days Before the Tour Date:
Guests who cancel their booking between 6 and 3 days before the scheduled tour date will get the 50% refund.
Cancellations Made Less Than 2 Days Before the Tour Date:
Cancellations made less than days before the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Policy:
Requests Made More Than 7 Days Before the Tour Date:
Guests can reschedule their tour to another available date with no additional fee if the request is made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
Requests Made Less Than 4 Days Before the Tour Date:
Rescheduling requests made less than 4 days before the scheduled tour date may incur a $14.99 per person , subject to availability.
- No-Shows:
Guests who do not show up for the tour without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- Special Circumstances:
In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service team at (WhatsApp or email ). We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund or rescheduling option at our discretion.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations:
If Pochote Ocean Adventures needs to cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other reasons beyond our control, guests will be notified as soon as possible. Guests will have the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
- Third-Party Bookings:
If the tour was booked through a third-party provider or travel agency, the cancellation policy of the third-party provider will apply. Please refer to their specific terms and conditions.
- Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
